Perfectly located family holiday house in highly sought after location on Surf Parade

Driftaway is located directly opposite the main surf beach and is only a 5 minute drive or nice leisurely walk to the town centre and inlet beach.  It's 350m to the surf lifesaving club and patrolled area of the surf beach.

Recently renovated throughout, our home is filled with light and is tastefully decorated with modern furnishings.  It is large enough to accomodate 2 families, 3 small families, a large extended family or even a group of friends.  It consists of 4 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms and sleeps 9.  The Main bedroom consists of queen bed with ensuite and walk in robe, 2 more bedrooms with double bed each and a fourth bedroom with 2 sets of single bunk beds. Each bedroom has its own reverse cycle air conditioner/heater to keep you cool in summer and warm in winter.  Both bathrooms include shower, toilet and basin .

The open plan kitchen and meals area opens up on to a massive front deck where you can enjoy a meal at the outdoor setting or relax on the large couch all whilst listening to the sounds of the surf. Alternatively, the meals area has a large table with seating for 8 plus 2 stools at the kitchen bench.   The kitchen has a microwave, electric oven and cook top, plenty of cooking utensils and appliances, including a Nespresso pod coffee machine.

In the living room, you will find a large flat screen TV with free Netflix and Kayo sports included, DVD player, unlimited wifi, bluetooth speaker, plenty of DVDs for all ages and tastes, reverse cycle air-conditioner/heater.  The large windows overlook both the front and rear decks and gardens.  There are plenty of games and an expanding book collection to keep all ages occupied when not out and about enjoying the local attractions or over at the beach.  There's even a dart board in the carport.

The rear deck has another outdoor setting and gas BBQ and overlooks the fully fenced rear garden. The outdoor shower has hot and cold water, perfect for washing off the sand before entering the house.  Both the front deck and rear deck are fully covered.

There is ample off street parking, including undercover space for two cars.  Plenty of room for your boat or jet skis as well

For added peace of mind and security, both the front and rear yards are fully fenced.

Please Note: Doonas, pillows and blankets are provided, however linen is NOT currently provided.  Guests are to supply their own linen (bed sheets, doona covers, pillow cases, bath towels, bath mats, face washers, tea towels, beach towels and toiletries. Linen hire is available at additional costs.  Please let us know when booking if you require linen hire
